ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED ON THE ESTATE?
We love animals and share our daily lives with our cats and wild animals. To avoid inconveniences for owners and animals, we accept small and medium-sized dogs under certain conditions, such as their behavior in community. Call us.

ARE THE ROOMS AIR-CONDITIONED?
No, the estate does not have an air conditioning system.

DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR 3 PEOPLE?
We only have the Lake House, which can accommodate 3 or 4 adults. The tents and mobile homes consist of a double bed and a bunk bed.

DO YOU ACCEPT CAMPERS, CARAVANS, AND TENTS?
No, we want the estate to remain human-sized.

DO YOU ACCEPT YOUNG CHILDREN IN 2-PERSON ACCOMMODATIONS (STUDIO OR CABINS)?
Yes, we offer a free travel cot for young children. Just let us know when making the reservation.

CAN WE WASH OUR LAUNDRY?
Yes, a communal washing machine and detergent are available on the estate (contribution of €5).

CAN WE CHARGE OUR ELECTRIC CAR?
Unfortunately, we are not yet equipped with a charging station.

DO YOU OFFER HOST TABLE?
We offer the host table in low season by reservation at the latest the day before for the next day. The meal is served in your accommodation.

WHAT DOES THE GUEST HOUSE FORMULA INCLUDE?
The Guest House formula is necessarily sold with breakfasts and must appear on the invoice we issue.

CAN WE PARK OUR CAR ON SITE?
Yes, the estate has a parking space for each accommodation.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept credit cards and cash for extra payments during your stay (we do not accept checks).

DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR POOL TOWELS?
Yes, we only provide bath towels (excluding Tents and Mobile Homes).

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
On the day of your arrival, we will be waiting for you from 4 PM. Please let us know for arrivals after 7 PM. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10 AM.

IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes, however, we ask for your participation in selective waste sorting and of course the respect of the places we rent to you.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the accommodation: €100 for Cabins, Tents, and Mobile Homes; €150 for the Lake House and the Valleys Studio. It will be indicated in the confirmation email of your reservation. It will be requested in cash upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.

CAN WE SWIM IN THE LAKE?
Swimming in the lake is prohibited.

CAN WE FISH IN THE LAKE?
Yes, we have fishing equipment available. However, you can bring your own equipment. We practice "catch and release," we release our catches so they can be fished again.

DO YOU ACCEPT FAMILY REUNIONS?
Yes, however, we privatize the entire estate to allow you to fully enjoy the site. We also provide La Guinguette and its kitchen.
